![]() The same stands for the whole area from F2:I6, which are being multiplied with the Absolute Reference in E1. ![]() In the image below, we can see in the Cell F2 that I am multiplying the Cell A2 with the Absolute Referencein E1. In other words, this error message means that there is something wrong with the Cells that we are referencing or something wrong with the way we typed our Formula. This Message Error means that we are using the wrong type of operand or Function argument.Īll needed to do is to select the appropriate Cells and no more Error Message as we can see in the Cells A2, B2, C2, and D2. ![]() That is why we get the Message Error #VALUE!. In the image below, we notice in Cell E1, that I am trying to multiply the Cells A1, B1, C1 and D1, which all contain text. #NUM!: A formula has invalid numeric data for the type of operation.
